Job Description:
Support to manage and coordinate launch resources and budgets
Support to create of project plans covering resources, work items and milestones
Create and maintain material/machine/routing system
Support to manage launch timelines and develop rate of climb plans
Review technical design and verification for equipment development and improvement
Support feasibility and reliability verification for process design and development，tracking to finish WorkFlow, PFMEA, PFC, SPC, MSA
Ensure successful completion of plant prototype build and effective concern, corrective initiation to rectify issue
Support the PSW preparation activities and production volume ramp including material/equipment/fixture/tooling, operators schedule management
Support to final release for production line, equipment and fixture
Support Capacity/Capability/Quality improvement continuously
EWO Process management in production line
Attend ongoing launch meeting and tracking all open issue during production
Transition the facility from launch mode to production readiness
Assure that all internal requirements of program launch are met, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability and goals.
Support to manage and improve plant layout
Qualification:
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Junior College or above
WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1 year or above
PC SKILL: Familiar
ENGLISH LEVEL: Writing communication |
