MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责： 1， 熟悉设备维修和故障排除的流程和方法。 Familiarize with the processes and methods of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. 2， 熟悉冲压，清洗机，热处理，抛丸等设备，对生产线上出现的设备故障进行快速诊断，找出故障原因并制定维修方案。 Familiarize with equipment such as stamping machines, cleaning machines, heat treatment equipment, shot blasting machines, etc. Quickly diagnose equipment failures on the production line, identify the causes of the failures, and develop repair plans. 3， 编制设备维修计划和预防性维护计划，参与设备保养，降低设备故障率。 Develop equipment maintenance plans and preventive maintenance plans. Participate in equipment maintenance to reduce equipment failure rate. 4， 负责提出设备日常维护或维修所需的备件或外协需求，与生产部门、采购部门等其他部门密切合作及时取得备件，确保生产线的稳定运行，降低维修成本。 Responsible for identifying the spare parts or outsourcing needs for daily maintenance or repair of equipment. Work closely with production and procurement departments to obtain spare parts in a time, ensuring the stable operation of the production line and reducing maintenance costs. 5， 参与对新进设备需求以及进行可行性分析，参与对设备的运行安全和防护安全进行评估，参与新设备的预验收，安装调试，终验收等工作。 Participate in the assessment of new equipment requirements and feasibility analysis. Participate in the evaluation of operational safety and protective measures for equipment. Participate in the pre-acceptance, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance of new equipment. 6， 至少熟练使用一种PLC对设备问题进行诊断。 Proficient in using at least one type of PLC for diagnosing equipment problems. 7， 按时完成领导安排的其余任务 Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor on time. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件： Education & Major 学历与专业 大专或以上学历，机电一体化或者机械设计制造自动化或者相关专业。 University's degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, mechanical design and manufacturing or related. Job Related Experience 相关工作经验 3年以上汽车行业冲压，清洗，热处理，分选等设备维修经验 At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of stamping, cleaning, heat treatment, sorting and other equipment in the automotive industry Total Working Experience整体工作经验 5年以上工作经验，具备丰富的设备维修经验，熟悉各种设备的维修原理和方法。 More than 5 years of work experience, with rich equipment maintenance experience, familiar with the maintenance principles and methods of various equipment.
