Production Manager
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GL Nantong plant manufacturing plan, supervising and controlling Nantong plant manufacturing activities with the objective of meeting the production volume, schedule, quality and safety requirements within the company and the automotive industry policies. Team management will be one of your important tasks in your daily work. Continuous improvement is an important plant philosophy in GL Nantong. You need report to Nantong plant manager immediately when there is any urgency occurring for example any safety injury, or the customer delivery delay. You will work as a backup when the plant manager is not in Nantong.
If you have the required working experiences, optimally gained with automotive spare parts industry, are not afraid to take more responsivities and willing to take initiatives to lead day to day improvement, please do not hesitate to apply for the vacancy. Basic knowledge in English will be a plus.
