To keep the mold in good condition, executing mold PM plan and achieving of tracking data.
执行模具预防性保养计划并实现数据跟踪以保持模具处于良好状态
Technician should respond to the mold maintenance requirement, timely finish the mold maintenance, and make sure the good condition of molds for production. Report to tool shop manager when abnormal occurred.
技术员应该按照模具保养要求,及时完成模具保养,确保模具的良好状态。发生异常及时报告模具领导.
According to the machine breakdown summarize the reason and do relevant improvements and find solutions to prevent such cases in future.
根据机器故障总结原因并做相关的改进并找到防止这种情况再次发生的解决方案。
Detect during maintenance damages or wear on important parts, like guides
slides, and inserts and report to tool shop manager.
在保养损坏时能发现关键因素，并上报给模具领导。
Functional check of all components in the mold after the maintenance.
在保养后对所有组件进行功能检查。
Always do 6S, strictly follow the company management rules; handling other assignment which is given by tool shop manager.
6s 原则，严格遵守公司的管理原则，处理领导的派发的其他任务
Appropriate handling of workshop equipment.
适当的处理车间的设备。
