Gerneral Purpose：
Responsible for welding process related tasks.
负责焊接工艺相关工作
Main Task:
1.Lead the assessment of WPQR, create WPS according WPQR and requirements of drawing.
能够主导焊接工艺评定评审，并结合图纸制定焊接工艺规程
2.Train welders to follow WPS
培训焊工执行焊接操作规程
3.Design fixtures and track the manufacturing or purchasing process
根据图纸设计焊接工装，并跟进其制造及采购工作
4.Create welding working instruction and train welders
制定作业指导并培训焊工
5.Follow up Engineering Change Notifications, update welding process accordingly
跟进工程变更通知，更新焊接工艺
6.Trouble shooting and continounsly improving welding quality under the support of quality engineer
在质量工程师的支持下解决焊接质量问题，并持续提升焊接质量
7.Compile program for robot welding station
自动化焊接程序编制
8.Review qualification of welders regularly according to ISO9606 and maintain qualification matrix.
根据ISO9606定期对焊工技能进行评定，并维护技能矩阵
9.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Bachelor degree or above本科学历
2.Material or welding related
材料或焊接相关
3.Skills:
-Be familiar with welding processes and ISO welding standards
熟悉焊接工艺流程及ISO焊接标准
-Capable to use solidwork or other design software
能够使用Solidworks或者其他设计软件
-Experience in large structural part welding and robot welding
有大型结构件及机器人焊接经验
-Able to read welding drawing
能够读懂机械图纸
-SAP experience is preferred
SAP经验优先
4.英语读写良好
