Quality officer

 Responsibility

 1 Responsible for Quality system’s setup, implementation and certification

--- set up and implement ISO9000/TS16949

--- Prepare for internal and external audit to keep successful

--- Training quality staff

2 Responsible for Quality Systems’ internal& external audit and continuous improving

3 Responsible for supervising quality policy and objectives

--- Set up quality target and review periodic

--- Quickly response for Customer Complaint

--- Responsible for track all quality action

4 In charge of quality department management

---Provide training and cross training for staff and develop subordinate

---Ensure the Quality department effectively serve customer.

---Cooperation with other internal departments and external sources

5 Control companyproduct quality, deal with Quality complaints& lssues from customers

---Ensure Quality problem be Solving in timely.

---Ensure procedure for preventive and corrective action implemented.

---Response to customer sconcerns.

6 Follow up quality performance

7 Beresponsible for supplierquality management system setup, implementation and certification;

---Implement Supplier Performance Development Process

---Ensure new supplier audit and new material qualification

---Deal with raw material quality issue

8 Be responsible for supervising quality policy and objectives

Qualifications

1Bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related background.

2Familiar with ISO9000 & TS16949,ISO14000 system requirement

3Experienced with auto CMM measure and other regular measure equipment (projector profilometer, roughness, roundtest…)

4Familiar with Quality Management tools, such as APQP, SPC, MSA, etc;

5More than 5 years experience in quality control of automotive industry, and minimum 3 years experience on quality management position

With richexperiencein materialassembling punching machining and welding;

6Familiar with MS-OFFICE

7fluency in oral and written English

8Good communication and team work
