您的任务：Your tasks:

一、质量管理体系:Quality Management System:

•确保质量管理体系符合 DIN EN ISO 9001 标准，并持续改进和有效运行。 Ensure compliance with, continuous development of, and effectiveness of the Quality Management System in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.

•计划、执行和支持内部和外部的审核。 Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits.

•制定并监督质量标准、流程和作业指导书。 Develop and monitor quality standards, processes, and work instructions.

•分析质量相关关键绩效指标，制定并实施纠正性改进措施。 Analyze quality-related KPIs and derive and implement corrective improvement measures.

•准备质量报告并协助管理评审。 Prepare quality reports and support management reviews.

•贯彻执行集团范围内的质量标准和最佳实践。 Implement group-wide quality standards and best practices.

二、生产质量保证：Quality Assurance in Production:

•在持续的批量生产过程中，确保产品和工艺质量始终保持高质量。 Ensure consistently high product and process quality in ongoing serial production.

•引入、监控和优化检验和控制流程。 Introduce, monitor, and optimize inspection and control processes.

•分析质量偏差并启动可持续的纠正和预防措施。 Analyze quality deviations and initiate sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

•支持生产部门不断改进流程和工作流程。 Support production departments in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.

•在整个工厂推广质量导向型文化和零缺陷理念。 Promote a quality-oriented culture and a zero-defect philosophy throughout the plant.

三、投诉管理：Complaint Management:

•负责处理客户、供应商和内部投诉。 Take responsibility for the handling of customer, supplier, and internal complaints.

•使用公认的质量方法（例如 8D、5-Why、石川图/鱼骨图）进行系统的根本原因分析。 Conduct systematic root cause analyses using recognized quality methods (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone Diagram).

•明确、跟踪和验证纠正措施的有效性。 Define, track, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.

•就质量相关事宜与客户、供应商和内部部门进行沟通。 Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on quality-related matters.

四、领导力与员工发展：Leadership and Employee Development:

•为本地质量团队提供纪律和职能方面的领导。 Provide both disciplinary and functional leadership to the local quality team.

•与德国 Eibach 集团的质量和生产专家保持密切和定期的合作。 Maintain close and regular cooperation with Eibach Group quality and production experts in Germany.

•支持国际项目、审核和质量改进计划。 Support international projects, audits, and quality initiatives.

•确保不同地点之间高效地进行信息交流。 Ensure efficient information exchange between locations.

•协调客户、供应商和审核员的来访。 Coordinate customer, supplier, and auditor visits.

您的要求：Your Qualifications:

一、教育:Education:

•拥有技术领域（例如机械工程、工业工程、质量管理）的大学学位或同等技术资格，并具备相关专业经验。 University degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management) or equivalent technical qualification with relevant professional experience.

二、专业经验:Professional Experience

•至少5年制造业企业质量保证或质量管理方面的专业经验。 At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within a manufacturing company. •

至少2年同等职位领导经验。 At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable position.

•在组建、领导和发展高质量团队方面拥有丰富的经验。 Proven experience in building, leading, and developing quality teams.

•深入了解符合 DIN EN ISO 9001 标准的质量管理体系。 In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

•具备处理客户和供应商投诉的经验。 Experience in handling customer and supplier complaints.

•具备应用质量管理方法和工具解决问题的经验。 Experience in applying quality methods and problem-solving tools.

•有金属加工行业、汽车零部件供应商行业或类似批量生产环境经验者优先考虑。 Experience in the metal-processing industry, automotive supplier industry, or comparable serial production environments is an advantage

三、语言要求Language Requirements

•流利的商务英语能力（包括书面和口语）是必备条件。该职位需要与艾巴赫德国工厂的质量和生产专家密切合作。因此，能够自信有效地用英语沟通技术和组织方面的问题至关重要。 Fluent business-level English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. The position requires intensive collaboration with quality and production experts at Eibach’s German locations. 职位目标：Purpose of the Position:
