Royal Ahrend APAC, formerly Gispen China has been operating in China since 2004. 主要工作：Job DescriptionAs a Project Engineer - Seating, you will be charge of the project management in designing, engineering and testing of the seat project, both internally and externally. The role is intended for development of innovative industrial products. The products must be straightforward to produce according to our capabilities and fit our goals for design, function, ergonomics, environment, strength, safety, and cost. We are looking for a person with a pro-active personality, who can work independently and take initiative on proposing and implemention of [网址不可见] tasks include:1. Lead and be responsible for the result of the new development project assigned to you.2. Understanding and clearing up requirements for the project, making the project plan including scope, budget and schedule.3. Keeping track and making sure everything is within your plan for scope, budget and schedule of your project.4. Responsible for design, engineering and testing of the product in your project.5. Doing product development with the understanding of production techniques for plastics, aluminum and steel.6. Doing technical feasibility study of your own designs before releasing for production.7. 主要工作：Job Description1. 根据喷粉检验规范和流程及时对喷粉产品进行检验。Perform the daily powder coating material inspection in time according to powder coating inspection instruction and procedure. 2. 负责及时对喷粉检验记录的日常录入和维护。Maintain and record daily powder coating quality inspection list.3. 对质量异常及时进行处理并持续跟踪直至异常解决。Deal with quality issue and trace them till the problem solved .4. 管理粉末签样。Manage the signature powder coating samples.5. 对喷涂线进行巡检，确保喷涂作业按照喷涂操作规范进行。Do in-process inspection on powder coating line, ensure the operation follow SOP required.6. 和喷粉班组紧密沟通，对量产异常及时迅速反馈给喷粉班组。Close communication with painter to immediate feedback quality issue to correct and adjust paint-settings in mass production.7. 对日常喷粉质量进行测试，确保喷粉品质符合要求。 Do daily powder coat test, ensure the powder coat performance accord to the criterion.8. 上级安排的其他事项. Technical secondary school education above.2. 1年以上质检经验，有办公家具经验优先。1+ years’ experience working in quality control or related field; furniture experience is preferred. 3. 有良好的质量意识。Have good quality sense.4. 英语熟练的优先。Good English is preferred. 5. 熟悉MS办公软件优先。 Familiar with Words, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred.
