主要工作：Duties and Responsibilities:
1,Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in our location in Taicang
2,Configuration, testing, and training of end-users in the following SAP Modules: Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP-PUR)
3,Analyzing the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the clients need while complying with the IMS Gear SAP Standard
4,Supporting successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
5,Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others
6,Provide detailed knowledge of automotive industry best practices.
7,Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs within the borders of the IMS Gear SAP Standard.
8,Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
9,Communicate with project team throughout the world and especially with internal SAP consultants in German headquarter
10,1st level support, no customizing but user knowledge required
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrations or similar qualification preferable

3.Experience in the automotive industry preferable

Job requirement
