主要工作：1、China site user and overall infrastructure support, improve user satisfaction in incident management
中国站点用户及基础架构支持，通过事件管理流程改善用户满意度
2、Ensure the IT Security and compliance according to IMS Gear policy
依照亿迈齿轮政策保障信息技术安全及合规性
3、Initiate the resolution by deep analyses and diagnostics. Proactive monitoring to maintain excellent performance and reliable IT Services
通过深层分析及诊断提出解决方案。主动维护系统良好运行及保障信息技术服务质量
4、Documented and report all the IT Infrastructure configuration and resolution process.
记录及报告所有信息技术基础架构配置及解决流程
5、Coordinates with Global IT team members to ensure the appropriate use of technology and standards in daily operation, and support end users to guarantee consistency within the IMS Gear Global IT environment.
协助全球信息技术团队成员设计、实施、及支持系统，以保障在全球信息技术环境中技术标准的合理使用。
6、Work in collaboration with corporate IT team.
