一、Taicang Sub-branch Manager (Designate)

Job Duties:

1、 To contribute to the growth of Sub-branch’s business, which is corporate-banking focused, to maximize profitability and cross-sell other Group members’ product/services

2、 To build an efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff

3、 To safeguard the Bank from potential losses

4、To implement the Group compliance policy locally

5、To contribute to the good image of the Bank

6、 To manage the operational risks and reduce the level of operational risk losses and protect the Bank from foreseeable future losses

Job Requirements:

1、University graduate or above with 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in a corporate banking environment                                                                            

2、General understanding of the banking industry to be acquired from at least 4 years of general banking experience

3、Competence in credit analysis to be acquired from at least 3 years of experience in credit

4、Managerial experience of at least 2 years

5、Good communication, presentation and influencing skills   

6、Good command of written and spoken English  

二、Business Development Manager CMB

 Job Duties:

1、To actively call on target companies to promote the bank’s profile, cross sell commercial banking relevant products and services, in particular loan, trade and deposit, reporting results

2、To achieve sales target agreed with line manager

3、 To provide regular feedback on market developments and competitor activity

4、 To ensure strict compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations

5、 To ensure compliance with standard customer service turnaround time

Job Requirements:

1、 University graduate or above (recognized by the state)

2、 Commercial banking knowledge, at least 3 years marketing / sales experience in banking industry preferred

3、 Fluent in both English and Chinese

4、Quick learning, outgoing and preferably aggressive

5、 Able to work independently and frequent traveling required
