| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: 1、Monitor and control order fulfillment process on daily base and coordinate with relevant parties in TRUMPF group to realize good order fulfillment performance. 2、Monitor and control return process on monthly base and coordinate with BU-Service or SPC-Logistics to realize good return handling performance. 3、Support localization projects, including green market projects, with below sub tasks ? Order processing of export orders from TCN to other TRUMPF entities. ? Assist manger with coordinating new processes for green market processes. ? Assist manger with coordinating processes for localized materials. 4、Customer master-data management and maintenance under After-sales organization. 5、Sales popup data management and maintenance under After-sales organization. 6、Assist manager with inventory control and management tasks. 7、Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor Qualifications and Requirements: 1、Bachelor or associate bachelor's degree with university or college education 大学本科或专科 2、Commercial/ international trade/Supply Chain Management 商务/国际贸易/供应链管理 3、with more than 2 years’ working experiences; 2年以上相关工作经验 4、International & domestic trade; logistics; EXCEL & SAP knowledge 国际国内贸易知识；物流管理知识；EXCLE 和SAP系统相关知识。 5、Good English: reading and writing, English test CET 4。 良好的英语能力 ：英语CET4级水平。 6、Team spirit, hardworking; and carefulness are requested for the job 。 Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China 有团队意识，工作勤恳，细心，能理解并遵守通快的员工手册和行为准则。 |
