| 工作描述： |
As a Production Manager, you will be directly responsible for : • To supervise and control the operation of the department ensuring that production schedules, quality standards, good house-keeping, labor efficiencies, machine utilization and cost standards are maintained., • Allocates personnel and production resources according to production plan, • Manages organization unit assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff, • Contributes to and implements productions plans, • Executes and contributes to implementation of continuous improvements in production processes, • Keeps budgets as planned and reduces wastes, • To build upon the culture of continuous improvement, using lean methodologies to deliver ongoing and sustainable improvements in manufacturing performance, • Experienced in organizing and managing a modern industrial production. If you have : • Strong leadership skills, • Experience in an international manufacturing company, • A lot of “common sense” coupled with the willingness to thing “out of the box”, • Good communication capabilities in English(verbal, writing, reading), • And, last but not least, are willing to grow together with us |
