Gerneral Purpose：
Responsibility for the final inspection of company’s products, implementing solutions to quality problems. Monitoring the quality level of products (production lines) and implementing the TQS quality principles
负责公司产品的最终检验，落实质量问题的解决方案。监控产品（生产线）的质量水平，贯彻TQS质量方针
Commissioning / testing devices in accordance with the documentation and received guidelines at the required quality level (including self-control)
根据文件和收到的指南，在要求的质量水平（包括自我控制）下调试/测试设备
Main task:
1.Responsible for company’s production test ,regular keeping of settlement cards:Production order;PO;ESD control cards;Product inspection cards;Non-conforming product car;Settlement of operations in the system SAP;
负责公司产品生产测试；定期操作保存生产订单；ESD控制卡；不合格产品卡；SAP系统操作等
2.Reporting of errors encountered during the testing processes (filling in the relevant registers)
报告测试过程中遇到的错误（填写相关登记册）
3.Making auxiliary tools / measuring devices for the production process,
为生产过程制作辅助工具/测量装置；
4.Taking care to raise the technical level of products manufactured by the company by sending all comments and suggestions to the superiors and the quality control department
提高公司产品的技术水平，向上级和质量管理部门提出意见和建议;
5.Maintaining the workplace and area in accordance with the standards specified for the department (e.g. 5S, TPM)
按照部门规定的标准（如5S、TPM）维护工作场所和区域
6.Operation of technical devices in accordance with the permissions held
根据所持许可操作技术设备
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Bachelor degree本科学历
2.Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Sciences are preferred.

3.Power electronics knowledge电力电子知识
4.Experience of 3+ years in similar engineering positions are preferred.
具有3年以上的同行业岗位的经验优先
5.Skills:
-Electrical, physical and related professional backgrounds are preferred
电气、物理及相关专业背景优先
-English ability, able to communicate with HQ to discuss technical issues, by phone or mail.
英语能力，能够与总部同时进行邮件、电话沟通，讨论技术相关问题
-Ability to read electrical diagrams
能够看电路图纸
6.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则
此岗位和国外会有对接，因此三班倒（每周一轮，具体时间也会随着业务调整）
早班：08：00-16：30 早班补贴10元/天+餐补10元/天
中班：16：00-00：30 中班补贴20元/天+餐补12元/天
夜班：00：00-8：30 夜班补贴40元/天+餐补30元/天
