| 工作描述： |
1. 负责工艺以及新产品制造方法的开发和记录。
Responsible for the development and documentation of processes and manufacturing methods for the new product.
2. 负责组装和成品工艺中专用工具的设计，监管项目及其后续施工和工具的调整。
Responsible for the design of specific tools in the assembly and finishing processes, overseeing the project thereof and subsequent construction and tuning tools.
3.支持产品工程师定义量产BOM。
Support product engineer about the definition of the BOM for mass production
4.组织实施新工艺试验。
Organizes and drives the trials for new process.
5.告知PM项目试验的结果。
Refers to the PM of the project the test results.
6. 负责在新项目和新工艺的开发中实施FMEA，并且促进设计FMEA的实现。
Responsible for carrying out the FMEA process in development of new projects and new processes, and contributes to the realization of the design FMEA.
7.负责新设备的各项验证并促进试生产的实现。
Manages individual validation of new equipment and contributes to the realization of the pre-series.
8.对工厂内开发中的项目进行连续监控以及工艺持续改进。
Performs ongoing monitoring of projects under development and continuous improvement process at Plant.
9.负责所有工艺步骤的实施（喷涂，组装以及其它）。负责包装开发（内部包装以及客户要求的包装）
Responsible for process implementation including all process steps ( paint, assembly & others).Responsible for the packaging development (internal packaging and customer packaging)
10.负责按照控制计划设计和管理生产所需要的新设备和量具的制造。
Responsible to design and manage the building of new equipment and gages necessaries for production according to Control plan.
11.参与产品和工艺设计，寻找改进生产率的方法，避免现有工具和机器中可能发生的任何潜在问题。
Participates in the product and process design, looking for ways to improve the productivity and avoid any potential problem in existing tools and machines.
12.改善项目：标准执行改善项目的所有工作，包括跟进项目的月度进展，在公司内部推动改善项目，处理合理化建议，撰写改善卡。
Kaizen Program: implement all the standard points that the Kaizen Program includes. Follow-up the proper monthly development of the program. Empower suggestions among the company. Process the suggestion.
13.布局维护：工厂和办公区域布局变更后及时更新布局图并为布局变更提供必要的平面和设备分布信息。
Layout maintenance: Have an updated as-is layout of the factory and offices updated after any change. Provide the required information regarding surface and equipment distribution when planning a layout change.
14.解决问题：分析并寻找在量产中可能出现的与性能偏差（如质量，利用率或者产能）相关的问题根源。提供解决方案达到标准性能条件。
Problem solving: Analyze and seek for root-cause any problem that may arise in mass production related to performance deviations (Quality, Availability or Capacity). Provide solutions to go back to standard performance conditions. |
