1. Lead the marketing promotion team to study the target area market status in China and the local customer behavior and journey, confirm the product that can be promoted and the potential customer in such area.
带领市场推广团队研究中国各区域目标市场状况及当地市场用户的行为习惯，明确可以在当地市场进行推广和销售的斯蒂尔产品及潜在用户群体。
2. Well knowledge of the advertisement Channels in the area which could reach the target customer effectiveness. Manage the local advertisement supplier to produce the advertisement, monitor and insure the advertisement can be effected timely and continuously.
熟悉并掌握各区域市场有效的客户触达广告形式，监督整体广告方案。同时协调各地方广告公司作为地方性广告的合作供应商。监督各地广告公司落实所有的广告方案，并持续关注广告的有效性。
3. Lead to proceed different marketing activities which including roadshow, KOL develop, Product introduce and trial), to improve the brand awareness and help the sales of new products.
开展市场推广活动（包含路演、地方性KOL计划、产品介绍和体验），进一步提升斯蒂尔的品牌知名度，从而提升新产品的销量.
4. Support STIHL dealer with new product promotion events in the area.
支持并协助斯蒂尔经销商开展新产品的促销活动。
5. Manage the advertisement budget and insure the health and effective spending of it.
管理市场推广广告预算费用，并确保合理有效的使用。

1. 2-3 years working experience in marketing promotion area for tooling, home appliances and other similar industry segments.
2-3年在工具、家电及其他类似工业产品领域的市场推广工作经验。
2. Bachelor degree or above, the major of marketing is a plus.
本科学历及以上，市场营销专业可优先考虑。
3. Have enough design experience for promotion events, dealer shop events and advertising.
在市场推广活动、经销商门店活动、广告投放方面有较多的经验。
4. Excellent communication capability with both internally and externally.
较强的对内及对外的沟通能力。
5. Workable English with both speaking and writing.
英文读写能力良好，可用于日常工作。
6. Strong team- work awareness.
较强的团队合作精神。
7. Able to travel out with high frequency
