| 工作描述： |
Main Responsibility： 1. Review the practice, rules according to legal requirement and requirements from government, customers, internal team for environment, occupational health and safety and update the EHS process accordingly. 2. Generate, manage and update safety system to ensure a friendly manufacturing facility; Familiar with safety Risk assessment 3. Thorough investigations of accidents within the work place, find root cause and recommend actions to prevent repetition. 4. New technology, new equipment, new fixtures import EHS assessment and acceptance. 5. Organize fire drill regularly to take the action to improve. 6. Improve staff awareness, behavior by developing and implementing training programs. 7. EHS related government department and external customers audit communication and processing. Qualification Requirements: 1. College /Bachelor degree, certified safety engineer is plus 2. Over five years working experience in EHS function, work in foreign electronic company is preferred 3. Be able to establish and use measurement systems to determine EHS performance. 4. Good English skill and skilled at normal PC operations 5. Initiative, diligent and good sense of responsibility 6. Good at communication, presentation skill and team work spirit 7. Result orientation and make commitment 8. Self-motivated and self-discipline, good learner |
