Adopt and deploy software tasks and packages, service packs and configuration settings to our worldwide customers on behalf of proALPHA’s Customer Service.
Monitor proALPHA databases and installations all over the globe – using proALPHA’s Remote System Service (RSS) infrastruc-ture and aiming to keep our customers’ productive systems stable and highly performing with minimum downtime.
Develop individual software modifications based on technical specifications for our customers. During and after the development process it is also your responsibility to test these modifications and to document these tests with our test plan-ning and documenting tools.
Support, train and advise our customers with your technical knowledge during their testing and implementation phases as well as for their daily operations.
Migrate existing software modifications to newer proALPHA releases.

有在ERP领域从事软件开发的IT顾问工作经验者优先录取
应用程序或编程将具有使用XML、shell脚本和数据库设计技术的经验。
应届毕业生优先录取。

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Good communication skills.
Good command of both, written and spoken English and Chinese. German is an advantage.
Working experience or knowledge of an IT consultant role focusing on software development in the field of ERP is an ad-vantage
Applications or Progress programming is an advantage, ideally: Experience working with Progress, Open Edge, XML, shell scripts, and database design technologies.
