Job Objectives: Responsiblie for all-round of HR function, support HR team on administration work, such as talent sourcing or onboard and departure process, deliever training for new staff, dealing with employee relationship, enhance corporate culture propaganda and carry out company organization optimization construction activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement recruitment resumes screen, conduct telephone interview and candidate coordination for interview. 2. Completed periodic recruitment evaluation report and problem feedback and summary 3. Training needs collection, training organize and materials preparation. 4. Support on company culture publicity and HR policy propaganda and employee activities organize. 5. Staff complain information collection and inform management for solution. 6. Staff attendance management and reporting 7. Handle all the staffing procedure onboard and exit. 8. Other work assigned by supervisor. |

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree holder Solide HR qualification experience in a manufacturing environment. Good command in written English. Can work under pressure and result-oriented Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used office software, MS Excel, and HRIS reporting, etc. Minimum 3 years work experience in HR Generalist role Remarks: One-year contract will be signed firstly. We will consider to turn the position to permanent if the workload is stable. |
