| 工作描述： |
1.负责公司设备台账的登记，SAP. lnv.NO编号表格及时更新（报废,新增设备）；Timely open the SAP Inventory number and regularly update and maintain with SAP system.
2.负责设备数据的收集（日常记录，核对列表，压力核查列表等）和文件管理；
Collect maintenance documents (daily records, check lists, pressure check lists, etc.) and proper file management.
3.根据技术部下发的控制计划要求，及时更新设备点检表格与气压表；
Update the daily maintenance check list according to the control plan from Technology department.
4.更新与存档“设备非正常停机记录”，根据维修人员上交的“维修单”和“维修申请单”做好统计，月初交由部门经理审核完成后存档；
Update and archive the equipment breakdown records according to the maintenance application form.
5.负责资产编号的打印和粘贴；
Print and label the equipment with corresponding SAP Inventory number.
6.完善设备相关文件，例如设备操作维护保养手册；
Complete and file equipment related documentation, such as equipment operation and maintenance manual.
7.负责设备部仓库的日常管理，对低于安全库存的及时请购,负责将每天采购的配件做好入库记录，领料必须签领料单才给发放材料，并做好出库记录，及时更新账目记录；
Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, including safety stock, parts in-and-out recording, timely and regularly update the stock records.
8.每月月底需列出下个月的五金常用备件和模具备件的采购清单，交由部门经理审核
Prepare the monthly purchasing list for mechanical and other spare parts, consumables and toolings.
9.负责配合财务做好年度固定资产盘点的工作；
Perform the annual inventory of fixed assets in accordance with Financial department.
10.做好辖区公共设备及环境的清洁卫生5S工作。
Maintain and enhance proper warehouse 5s management. |
