| 工作描述： |
1. Development and management of long term strategic supplier network;
策略发展和管理长期供应商管理网络；
2. Management of supplier with quality improvement, delivery on time, cost efficient;
管理供应商质量改善，交货及时，有成本效率；
3. Suppliers quality evaluation and management, source and develop competitive suppliers, audit and choose the qulified supplier;
负责项目前后期的供应商质量评估及管理工作，开发具有竞争力的供应商, 审核并选择合格的供应商；
4. Cooperate with suppliers, assist to find the problems in production process and quality control, to avoid the supplier’s products problem and improve the suppliers‘ qualtiy;
与供应商紧密合作，协助其找出生产过程和质量控制等方面潜在的问题，避免出现任何供货产品质量问题并促进供应商不断提高产品质量；
5. Communicate with technical dept. about technical & quality documents, manage project drawings/ document and timely update necessary documents for suppliers.
与技术部门进行沟通和协调技术质量文件，管理项目图纸/文档，并适时更新图纸/文档给供应商；
6. Manage the supplier relationship, and responsible for the contract and price negotiation;
供应商关系管理，并负责合同和价格谈判；
7. Handle purchase order base on requirements planning, ensure purchase order entry in Baan system;
根据需求计划下达采购订单，保证采购订单输入Baan系统中;
8. Follow up projects with suppliers to meet on time delivery and nice service;
跟进项目采购确保及时交付及优质服务；
9. Regular reporting about price development and supplier performance to department manager, keep price information and suppliers information up to date;
提交价格动态报告和供应商管理报告给上级领导，确保最新的价格信息和供应商信息;
10. Do clear and right record to every supplier, analyse and record regularly and inform supplier, purchaser the related quality problems and technical solutions;
对各供应商作清晰准确的记录，定期分析记录并及时通知供应商和采购员相关质量问题和技术解决方案；
11. Track the supplier’s correction and prevention methods;
供应商纠正与预防措施的追踪；
12. Handle complaints to suppliers, Improve and optimize the supplier management basis;
处理跟供应商有关的投诉，提高和优化供应商管理基础;
13. Complete other jobs ordered.
