• Responsible for projects related to production, mainly related to the following topics:
1. Responsible for new product introduction projects; phase-out projects; training projects; 2nd hand machine projects; other projects related to industrial engineering
2. Further standardize and improve existing training processes
3. Create new training processes based on new requirement
4. Further standardize and improve existing processes for production preparation of newly developed products
5. Create new processes for new machine production preparation based on new requirement
6. Further standardize and improve existing processes for machine phase out
7. Create new processes for machine phase out based on new requirement
8. Further standardize and improve existing refurbishing processes of 2nd hand machines
9. Create new processes for 2nd hand machines refurbishment based on new requirement
• Support tasks related to training, new machine production preparation and 2nd hand machine refurbishment
• Support the 5S tasks in working area
• Ensure safety standards
• Support to perform continuous improvement
• Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement |

1. Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
2. Working experience in production is preferred 有生产部门工作经验者优先考虑
3. Works actively, accepts feedback, shows commitment and loyalty, good communication skills, good MS Office skills, SAP skills is preferred
能积极工作，积极接受他人反馈，具有良好的敬业精神及忠诚度，具有优秀的沟通能力，良好的MS Office技能，有SAP技能者优先考虑
4. Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语
Has very good English skills, German skills preferred 流利的英语能力，有德语语言能力者优先考虑
