Job summary： Lead the operators team, strict implementation of the production plan, ensure finish the production tasks on time. 带领操作工团队，严格执行生产计划，确保按时完成生产任务。 Job description / Tasks： 1. Responsible for strict implementation of the production plan, ensure the quality, output, continue improve the OPH; 严格执行生产计划及排班计划，确保质量，确保按时完成生产任务，持续的改进产线的OHP； 2. Responsible for training new operators, continually track and improve their skill; 负责对新员工进行培训，持续的跟踪并提高他们的技能； 3. Assist site manager for on-site 5S and Safety audit, strictly implement corrective and preventive actions; 协同现场管理员进行现场5S和安全审核，严格执行纠正预防措施； 4. Timely find and feedback the problem or hidden trouble, minimize the downtime loss; 及时的发现并反馈产线的问题或隐患，将停机损失最小化； 5. Coordinate with shift leader and site administrator for operator skill matrix evaluation and performance assessment. 协同组长及现场管理员对操作工进行技能及表现的考核。 Job requirements： 1. High school or above, major in mechanical and electrical engineering is the best; 高中或以上学历，机电相关专业最佳； 2. At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry; 至少3年的制造行业相关经验； 3. At least 1 year experience as line leader, good communication skills, good leadership; 至少1年领班经验，良好的交际能力，良好的领导能力； 4. Basic computer office software (Microsoft Office) operating skill； 基本的电脑办公软件（Microsoft Office）的操作能力。 |
