POSITION SUMMARY： This is a fantastic opportunity for the incumbent to closely partner and support delivery on our core strategic business priorities. In this role, the incumbent will work on overall new plant quality work, and with global Quality expert to build a solid foundation that enables the company quality work on schedule and under budget. Focus will be on levers of employee engagement, tracking and nurturing talent, building capability and supporting new ways of working as we implement our organization design. You will be responsible to ensure consistent policy and process application and flawless execution of all our HR and administration programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Define, Monitor and drive Quality improvement plan (quality + reliability); 2. Responsible for process compliance with quality policy and quality SOP; 3. Set up overall quality on line management system for production; 4. Design and execute standard quality file system and management system; 5. Lead quality accident analysis and investigation; 6. Responsible for customer complaints and process discrepancy investigation related to workshop; 7. Actively participate the new plant construction project design from quality standpoint; 8. Conduct quality training; 9. Responsible for the qualification of inspector and supplier; 10. Update the quality documents following a product/process related change; 11. Participate to the project QRQC and ensure project team use of QRQC material/rules; 12. Collect suppliers encounter issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice ; 13. Participate to Design review including suppliers design review; 14. Quality system self-improvement. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor degree of Electronic Mechanical or other relative major; 2. More than 5 years working experience on quality system and quality tools application; 3. Familiar with factory operation(IQC/SMT/Testing/Packaging); 4. Good communication skill; 5. Fluent oral, written and Reading ability in English; 6. Able to work under higher pressure with positive working attitude. |
