岗位描述：
Internal Quality:
- Attend the IATF16949 quality system set up, review and maintain the documents as necessary
- Setup and update the in-process inspection standard
- Daily non-conforming products statistic and analysis
- Organize monthly quality meeting, analysis quality issue, establish and follow up the correction plan.
- Collect the basic data, and use the SPC to analysis the process
- Customer complain analysis, establish and follow up the correction plan
- May coach and supervise technicians or inspectors.
- Assist the advance quality to complete control plan and daily maintain the control plan which after products SOP
- Work with QS to Setup and update the products audit plan and implement.
- Assist the Advance quality to perform the capability studies for new products and other situations as needed.
- Completes any gage R&R studies as any required for new products and/or internal needs.
Supplier Quality:
- Setup the incoming inspection standard and plan
- Supplier quality issue feedback and follow up supplier's correct action plan
- Training incoming inspector.
- Supplier's performance statistic and analysis
- Supplier PPAP review and approval
- Annual supplier system audit.
- Continue improve the supplier's quality
Lab Management:
- Setup the test Equipment list, And number it.
- Establish the test Equipment calibration plan and according to the plan to calibrate it
- Establish the test equipment record and monitor the state.
- File the calibration record.
- Daily lab management; Conventional consumables monitoring
Technical support:
-Failure analysis
- Provide the technical support about the material to internal or external
其他要求：
1. 通晓质量管理与具体方法、产品技术规格性能、产品检验标准和质检相关知识；
2、精通质量管理体系、质量统计等方面的知识。
3、掌握公司产品以及汽车行业质量领域专业知识。
4、精通8D报告制作及APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FEMA、PDCA等.
5. 熟练掌握金属材料相关检测方法；
6. 熟悉CQI-9
7. 了解VDA19及ISO16232清洁度规范
8、粉末冶金专业优先
