| 工作描述： |
-Responsible for the functional areas within the corporate decisions and strategies to achieve a significant impact on the company's goal; -Responsible for financial policies and strategies, including accounting management, financial planning, financial procedures, internal audit, financial cost control, so that the financial policies and systems in accordance with local laws and Corporation, procedural requirements; - Support to the GM on issues and trends in financial operating and business planning - Responsible for the company's financial management and internal control, according to the annual financial budget business development plan and track their implementation - Report and analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business opportunities and risks, and provide input for operational and strategic decisions - Institutionalize business-driven budget process and follow through with proper budgetary control practice - Responsible for organizing the company's cost management, cost projections, control, accounting, analysis and assessment, to ensure the completion of the company's profit targets; - Prepare periodically financial reports and analysis, corporate budget, financial objectives, forecast, tax reporting and operation review - Providing financial reporting and financial analysis to the company management team. - Act as the headquarter´s point of contact for all matters related to finance and jointly develop, implement and oversee the long-term financial strategy for further enhancement of the Company - Leading the financial team of two accountants - Other missions and functions assigned by the GM. |

-Accounting or financial professional degree or above, if there is a CPA it´s a plus; -Over 10 years of financial management experience, and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar management position; - Familiar with Chinese accounting, auditing, taxation, customs, financial management, accounting, relevant laws and regulations; - Preference for finance-focused with backgrounds developed in MNC industrial companies, preferable German companies - Prior background in basic manufacturing industries, machinery preferred - Master senior financial management software King Dee and office software; - Possess strong analytical and finance skills and abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills - Cross-functional and cross-cultural environments and strong leadership skills are a must - Excellent financial analysis, financing and financial management capacity; -Good organization and coordination skills, good communication skills and team spirit; -Excellent English speaking ability. |
