Mission: To supervise and coordinate commercial activity, assuming responsibility for achieving sales and profitability targets among a restricted number of customers that are of vital or strategic value to the company, securing their loyalty and supervising the quality of the service rendered in accordance with the guidelines established by the Business Unit Manager Main responsibilities: To define and propose the targets and commercial actions for customers under their responsibility, in cooperation with the company's technical and R&D departments To draw up and submit detailed proposals to the customer, in close cooperation with the project teams To carry out proposal presentations for customers, reporting any incidents to the B.U.D To collaborate with the project team in order to achieve TC/TP targets To follow up customer service with the aim of assisting in solving incidents To research and forecast market evolution, anticipating the measures required for adapting to new trends, reporting to the B.U.D To represent customers, their needs and expectations before FICOSA Required education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Required experience: 5 years in a similar position English efficiency, both spoken and written |
