Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
Weekly and monthly production master scheduling vs. capacity utilization.
每周和每月生产主计划安排与产能利用率优化。
Material demand planning with incorporation of backlog order, sales forecasting and budget outlook.
整合积压订单、销售预测和预算展望的物料需求计划。
Inventory level control and reporting.
库存水平控制和报告。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责
- Develop master plan and weekly/monthly production plan by converting customer orders and forecasting into feasible production plan in a cost-effective and production efficient manner.
通过以具有成本效益和生产效率的方式将客户订单和预测转化为可行的生产计划，制定总体计划和每周/每月生产计划。
- Monitor actual production progress against plan and revisit and revise if necessary to incorporate changes either internally or externally driven.

- Report and analyze planning vs. actual deviations and find root cause cross on a monthly base so as to improve planning efficiency and effectiveness.

- Optimize material planning process to incorporate sales order demand, forecasting demand, safety stock and replenishment routines.

- Inventory level and turnover monitoring and reporting.
库存水平和营业额监控和报告。
- Drive customer order fulfillment per delivery plan to ensure on time delivery and identify and drive solutions for any risks impacting order delivery.
根据交付计划推动客户订单履行，以确保按时交付，并识别和推动影响订单交付的任何风险的解决方案。
- Coordinate with sales and CSG team, manage sales forecasting development and drive forecast accuracy improvement.

- Lead and facilitate monthly S&OP review meeting to synchronize demand & supply updating and highlight any critical issues and bottlenecks that might impact order fulfillment and overall plant objectives.
领导和促进每月的S&OP审查会议，以同步需求和供应更新，并强调可能影响订单履行和整体工厂目标的任何关键问题和瓶颈。
- Drive lead time improvement initiatives and mitigate the gap to meet market demand and group set target.

- Take ownership and drive continuous improvement of planning system/tool/ process.
掌握并推动规划系统/工具/流程的持续改进。
- Other planning activities assigned by manager.

Know-How 知识
- Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
- At least 5 years of experience in area of Planning/Material/Order Delivery/Supply Chain in manufacturing companies.
生产制造公司计划/材料/订单交付/供应链领域至少有 5 年的经验。
- Familiar with ERP or SAP.
熟悉ERP或SAP。
Skills技能
- Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively.
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，有效沟通能力。
- Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel).
熟练使用MS Windows / Office和其他应用程序（特别是Excel）。
- Strong cost awareness and data analytical skills and mindset.
较强的成本意识和数据分析能力及思维方式。
- Strong interpersonal skill and experience in working in a cross functional team.
具有较强的人际交往能力和跨职能团队工作经验。
