| 工作描述： |
1. Follows up the hotel purchasing policy and procedures when carrying out of all purchases. 当进行所有采购时遵循酒店的采购政策和程序。
2. Ensures get required licenses from supplier for management approval. 确保从供应商处获得必须的有效资质给管理层批准。
3. Obtains three competitive quotes from approved suppliers to minimize cost to hotel. 从合格供应商获取三家具有竞争力的价格以使酒店成本最小化。
4. Placing orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to satisfy hotel requirement and trace the outstanding orders to ensure operational needs are met. 向供应商下定单以确保及时送货以满足酒店需求并跟踪未完成的定单以确保满足运营需要。
5. Conducts interviews with suppliers, representatives and obtains information, specification, quotations, on any items required and handles subsequent correspondence and negotiates for procurement. 对任何所需物品与供应商，代表面谈并获得所需的信息、规格、报价,并处理随后对采购的沟通和协商。
6. Accomplishes pricing of purchase orders and determining appropriate supplier to obtain best quality and price. 为采购定单选价并决定合适的供应商以获得最佳质量和价格。
7. Conducts the market survey to understand the market trend and the price floating as well as quotation at the regular intervals. 进行市场调查以了解市场趋势和价格浮动，定期收集市场采购单价格。
