| 工作描述： |
Job task: • Develop strong relationship with the ZRT sales partners in Asia – (ZRCHN, TTE, ZRSG, ZRJP, ZRIN) 与ZRT的销售伙伴建立稳固良好的合作关系 • Support the Sales partner in determining the adequate instrument configuration in respect of application and technical requirements on the products and projects 从应用及产品技术层面支持销售伙伴进行项目和产品选型配置 • Prepare quotation to sales partners and negotiate sales contract 给销售伙伴准备报价并签订销售合同 • Develop the sales strategy based on SMARTI information. (such as pre-test, demonstration, customer visit ZRT etc.) 根据SMARTI信息制定销售策略(如预测试、产品演示、客户拜访ZRT等) • Organize regular meetings and trainings with sales partners to create new opportunities and increase Hitrate 组织销售伙伴定期会议和培训以增加新机遇及提高订单赢率 • Review technical requirements for customized projects with R&D 与研发部对接进行定制项目的技术需求评审及方案沟通 • Liaise and interface with other ZRT teams such as R&D and P&L, QA and application etc. 与公司其他部门如研发，生产，质检，应用等部门配合项目工作 • Maintain and update Opportunity, project and OE forecast list 维护和更新区域潜在机遇，项目以及OE 预测清单 • Obtain feedback from sales partners about possible product improvement 从销售伙伴处得到关于产品改进可能性的反馈 • To perform other duties as required by DM 其他由上级交代的工作 Requirements: • College / bachelor’s degree 全日制本科 • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales / technical /application support. 至少5年的销售/技术/应用支持工作经验 • Good communication skills, strong team spirit, self-driven 良好的沟通能力，有团队精神以及自我提升 • Experience with technical sales support 有技术销售支持经验 • Preferred application knowledge background 有应用知识背景优先 • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Word) 良好的办公软件操作 • Good English in written & oral (CET6/ BEC Vantage level) 英语可以流利的听说写（大学英语6级或BEC中级水平） |
