| 工作描述： |
主要职责Duties and Responsibilities
1.制定生产设备部的短期、中期和长期人力资源计划；
Make the headcount plan of production equipment in short term, mid-term and long term.
2.指导、激励并培训设备团队，进行日常工作协调；
Lead, motivate and train the maintenance team, coordinate the daily work.
3.根据各设备性能要求制定点检、保养计划（包括内容及时间安排），并根据相关要求制定设备校验计划；
Develop inspection, maintenance plan (including contents and time schedule) according to the equipment performance requirements, and making equipment calibration plan in accordance with the relevant requirements .
4.制定各设备操作作业指导书；
Establish the equipment operation instructions.
5.对重大设备故障进行维修，如有必要，联系供应商进行指导或维修，并从中获得经验；
Solve major equipment failure, if necessary, contact suppliers for guidance or repair, and to gain experience.
6.制定并不断完善设备维修报表，通过报表整理和分析机器设备及故障类别；
Establish and continuously improve equipment repair statements, summarize and analysis the equipment types and failure types.
7.对频发或重大影响的故障类别采取有效措施，彻底解决问题；
Analyze equipment repair report, and take effective measures on frequent and significant failure, solve the problem completely.
8.建立并不断完善备件管理体系，对备件进行可追溯管理，并建立合理的安全库存；
Establish and improve the spare parts management system and traceably manage spare parts, and keep a reasonable safety stock.
9.对频繁更换，以及金额昂贵的备件更换，分析根本原因，彻底解决问题；
Analyze frequent replacement as well as the expensive replacement of spare parts, and take effective measures, solve the problem completely.
10.提出设备及配套模具的改进方案，不断优化过程，提高质量和过程稳定性；
Propose the plan of equipment as well as related supporting technology and tools, constantly optimize the process, improve the quality and process stability.
11.制定并监督执行设备重大停机紧急预案；
Establish emergency plan for significant shutdown of equipment, and supervise the implementation.
12.培训员工；
Training other colleagues if needed.
13.领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks arranged by manager.
任职要求Requirements
1.大专以上学历，机电、机械或机电一体化专业;
Junior college or above, major in Electromechanical, mechanical or mechatronics.
2.至少5年工作经验，熟悉电气，液压系统工作原理以及日常维护；
At least 5 years of the experience, familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic foundation and daily maintenance.
3. 熟悉西门子PLC编程及组态软件，熟悉ABB,YASKAWA,EPSON机器人编程，视觉系统原理(康耐视,基恩士)
Familiar with PLC programming and HMI (e.g. STEP-7, WINCC, TIA PORTAL), familiar with robot programming (e.g. ABB, ASKAWA, EPSON), vision system foundation (e.g. COGNEX, KEYENCE) is perfer.
4.较强的分析解决实际问题的能力；
Strong analytical ability to solve practical problems.
5.丰富的全自动生产线管理和维护经验；
Rich experience in fully automated assembly line management and maintenance.
6.被证实的降低MTBF/MTTR/DT%的经验；
Proven experience in reducing MTBF/MTTR/DT%.
7.培训能力。
Ability to train other people. |
