MAIN ACTIVITIES：
1.Strictly obey company HSE rules and report any incidents or safety risks in laboratory timely, keep good 5S in laboratory.
2.Conduct tests by strictly following company SOP and responsible for the result, including testing of raw material, process samples, and finished goods.
3.Conduct daily quality data analysis, make judgement based on product specifications, stop non-compliance behavior, report any non-conformity case to superior.
4.Responsible for maintaining lab equipment and conducting lab equipment calibration according to calibration schedule and procedure.
5.Responsible for quality data entering ERP system and lab document management.
6.Maintain and develop Key Performance Indicators, identify top issues and drive process improvements through data collection, analysis & reporting in fields of internal quality process.
7.Monitor implementation of MSA and SPC for well controlling in the quality management and make continue improvement.
8.Participate in improving plans for equipment technology, test methodology and environmental conditions for team working toward increasing reliability and productivity.
9.Conduct or participate in the corrective/preventive actions in the quality control process and customer complaints.
10.Participate in developing and updating department procedures that follow quality standard guidelines.
11.Participate in internal system audit/process audit/product audit and other audits to ensure compliance throughout the plant.
12.Train lab newcomers on relevant quality knowledge, to ensure the testing measures and quality tools can be understood and used fully.
13.Support shift operators on shift work when absence of shift workers, support other departments on quality issue investigation, quality traceability etc.
14.Responsible for lab retention samples management.
15.Other tasks distributed by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED：
1.Junior college degree or above, major in chemistry and analyst will be a plus, at least two years lab experience, familiar with lab equipment and analysis.
2.Nice personality and ready for day/night shift base on necessary.
3.Preciseness, good teamwork spirit.
4.Understand basic English and able to use office software.
