Analyze project BOM and prepare inquiry to supplier. 根据项目物料清单分析，向供应商询价。 Clarify open issues between supplier and project manager/R&D engineer. 作为供应商和内部相关方：项目经理/研发工程师的沟通桥梁，澄清未尽事宜。 Create and process purchasing requests to supplier in accordance with purchasing policy. 根据采购策略，创建和向供应商下达采购需求。 Generate the purchase order and project-related contracts. 下达采购订单和项目相关采购合同/协议。 Support Purchasing supervisor on daily purchasing operations and logistics, e.g. Customs clearance, goods receiving, open PO checking, invoice matching, follow up project related time schedule etc. 协助采购主管日常工作，如：清关、收货，采购订单跟催，发票核对，项目相关时间计划的跟踪等。 Through cost analysis, develop the cost saving potential and summary the cost saving report to management/supervisor?. 进行成本分析，根据管理层/主管的要求制定降本计划报告。 Collect supplier data and presentation, create and update supplier data base annually. 收集整理供应商信息及资料，制定并更新年度供应商清单。 Project related purchasing status tracking and publish the delivery status to project manager and production supervisor on weekly base. 项目相关采购状态跟踪，并每周与项目经理及生产主管同步。 Other tasks assigned by superior. 上级交办的其他事项。 Requirements University degree or above, science and engineering graduate (electronics, machinery, etc.) 大学专科及以上学历，理工类专业毕业（电子、机械等） At least 3 years of procurement operations experiences (buyer, supply chain, project purchasing etc.) 3 年以上工作经验（如采购员、供应链相关，项目采购等） Good command of English and computer skills (MS-Office) 良好的英语水平及计算机操作技能（MS-Office） Skilled in business negotiation skills and 具备熟练的商务谈判技巧 Stress tolerance, concentration and attentive attitude. 能够承受一定压力，专注和细心的工作态度。 Basic knowledge of international trade and domestic trade, financial knowledge is a plus 具备基本国际、国内贸易相关知识，具备基本的财务知识优先 Understand electronic component and customs affairs knowledge will be a plus 了解电子元器件和关务知识优先 |
