| 工作描述： |
1． 根据车间产线的工时、负荷计划，编制车间生产排程计划，以协调各产线完成任务的能力，保证均衡生产。According to plant production line, working hours, load plan, then preparation of production scheduling to coordinate the production lines capacity to fulfill tasks to ensure the balanced production.
2． 根据生产计划需求，及时编制生产计划安排所需的原料需求。According to production plan, timely call for preparation of raw material requirement.
3． 根据部门的产能与人员配置，编制各种产品的生产周期、在制品定额及生产批量等任务要求。According to the dept. capacity and personnel, to prepare a variety of products for production cycle and requirement
4． 跟踪车间生产作业计划的进展情况，随时掌握生产进度状况。Tracking progress of production operation to the project, keep abreast of the progress status of the production.
5． 收集生产计划、生产进度、产量数据，并对相关数据进行统计分析。Collection of production planning, production schedule, production data, and related data for statistical analysis.
6． 根据分析的结果，定期向主管报告生产计划报告的执行结果，及时调整生产计划，提高生产计划的合理性和准确性。According to the results of the analysis, periodic reports to the supervisor for the implementation of the results of production planning, timely adjustment of production planning, production planning to improve the rationality and accuracy.
7． 根据实际进度与产品需求计划的变更情况，对生产作业计划进行及时调整。Based on actual progress and planned changes in product demand conditions, timely adjustment of production scheduling.
8． 受理订单及预测任务，及时安排订单任务的生产，保证订单的交货期。Receiving PO/forecast tasks, then timely arrange PO/forecast for the production, to ensure delivery orders.
9． 及时安排和调度紧急订单任务的生产，协调人员、物料、设备等各方面，保证紧急订单任务的按时完成。Timely arrange and adjust tasks for emergency orders for the production, coordination of personnel, materials, equipment and other areas to ensure that the task of emergency orders completed on time.
10． 根据客户节拍时间，制定均衡化生产计划，控制在制品，半成品和成品的库存数量。Plan for leveling production according to customer takt time, control WIP , semi-finished goods, and finished goods within target level.
11． 其他由上级主管分配的任务。Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
遵守国家法律法规及公司相关HSE规章制度， 参与HSE活动与培训，履行本岗位HSE要求等。
