您的任务Your tasks:

Editing and adaptation to different platforms

Images and stories

Motorsports coverage
o 媒体发布
Press releases
• 优化数字媒体及社交媒体平台露出Optimization of presence on digital Media platforms and social media
o 研究相关平台以及其对于艾巴赫的作用
Research on current relevant platforms and their use for Eibach
o 将其他艾巴赫所在地的相关内容转化成本土适用内容，融会贯通使用Integration of relevant content from other Eibach locations into local structure
o 根据策略性的KPI积累追随者
Build followers based on strategic KPI
o 回复询价并针对市场相关问题提供客户支持
Responding to enquiries and support customers with marketing related issues
• 展会及活动Events and trade shows
o 在赛事、展会、客户活动等场合展示艾巴赫品牌及产品
Represent Eibach and our products at races, trade shows, customer events, etc.
o 搭建艾巴赫社交网络
Build the Eibach network
o 脚踏实地组织、筹备并落实
Organize, prepare and carry out with a “hands on” approach
o 在任何场所最佳地展示品牌
Achieve optimal representation of the brand in the given environment
• 市场调研及校准Market research and benchmarking
o 在线上推广以及新兴推广媒介领域不断自我提升并培训
Self-responsible training and education in the field of online marketing and new trends
o 持续性地检查市场活动以及竞品信息
Continuous monitoring of marketing activities and presence of the competition
o 调研及搜索潜在合作伙伴或软件以完成目标
Research and sourcing of potential partners and software to achieve objectives
o 分析市场成功案例
Analyze marketing success
• 报告 Reporting
o 持续性地报告并总结市场会议、决策以及重要事件，季度性报告市场相关的预算及目标
Continuous reporting and summarizing of marketing meetings decisions and milestones quarterly reporting of budgets and targets related to marketing
您的要求Your Qualifications:
• 流利地英语说、写能力
Excellent English in speaking and writing
• 有销售、采购、进出口经验者优先考虑
Experience in online marketing and marketing related events
• 有汽车业的背景知识和浓厚兴趣
Background knowledge and strong interest in the automotive industry
• 有强烈客户服务意识的独立的工作能力
Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service
• 团队合作精神、灵活性和抗压能力强
Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• 娴熟的微软office操作，设计软件及Photoshop经验为加分项
Profound knowledge of MS-Office, experience with Design software and Photoshop is a plus
• 有驾照（有信心在高速公路上驾驶）
Driving license (confident to drive on the highway)
• 有机动性（在中国内的商务出差）
Mobility (business travel within China)
