| 工作描述： |
1.在项目的整个生命周期中，从接收订单到汇款，领导项目执行，协调内部和外部利益相关方，确保订单在技术和商业方面的顺利完成Leading project execution in whole life cycle of projects from order intake to remittance, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders in terms of technical and commercial aspects. 2.为项目执行提供与客户的单一联系窗口，负责与客户的定期沟通，根据合同和项目进度提供客户要求的更新、报告和其他文件Single contact window to customers for project execution, responsible for regular communication with customers, provide updates, reports and other documents requested by customer per contract and project schedule. 3.根据客户的需要，组织会议、评审等沟通、澄清、解决问题等Organize meetings, reviews, etc. for communication, clarification, problem-solving and so on both internally and with customer upon needs. 4.主持和安排客户或相关第三方在FCS的访问，确保安全和符合FCS的其他规定 Host and arrange visits of customer or related third parties at FCS, ensure safety and compliance to other FCS regulations. 5.与生产、质量、设计、工艺团队一起准备内部订单并组织项目启动会议Prepare internal order and organize kick off meeting for each project with production, quality, design, process teams. 6.定期召开会议/审查，跟进内部和客户双方的进度，包括但不限于设计、图纸、文件、材料、生产、检验和测试等，推动解决进度、技术、质量、成本等问题 Set up regular meetings/reviews to follow up progress at both internal and customer sides, including but not limited to design, drawings, documents, materials, production, inspection and testing, etc. drive problem-solving on schedule, technical, quality, cost issues and so on. 7.根据合同日期跟踪和催收客户款项，并通过各种方式控制逾期Follow up and collect payments from customer according to contractual dates and control overdue by all means. 8.监控和控制项目成本，确保成本在预算范围内，推动成本降低，分析成本异常并与相关方沟通改进，编制成本表供AFI审核，主导所负责项目的AFI审核 Monitor and control project cost to ensure cost within budget and drive cost reduction, analyze abnormalities on cost and communicate with relevant parties for improvements, prepare cost sheets for AFI review and lead AFI review for projects in charge. 9.在实践中学习，发展项目管理技能和经验 Learning by doing to develop Project Management skills and experiences. 10.完成管理层交办的其他工作Other tasks assigned by the management. |

机械、工程、制造专业本科或同等学历。硕士学位的Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent education and experience. Master’s degree desirable; 5年以上项目管理经验，跨国公司工作经验优先Minimum 5 years’ experience on project management, career in MNC is a plus 1.较强的项目管理背景/思维Strong background/mindset of project management. 2.一个清晰的思考者，能在困难的情况下简化复杂的问题A clear thinker to simplify complicate problems in tough situation. 3.带着激情和探索心工作，推动改变/改进Work with passion and with curiosity to drive change/improvements. 4.具有包容性，拥抱无边界的团队合作精神Be inclusive, and embrace non-boundary team work spirit 5.熟练使用Office办公软件，具备良好的口头和书面沟通和表达能力Be good at Microsoft Office, verbal & written communication and presentation skills. 6.普通话和英语流利Fluent in Mandarin and English. 7.能够激励团队达成目标Ability to motivate team to achieve goals. 8.有压力容器行业项目管理经验和知识Experience and knowledge on Project Management in pressure vessel industry. |
