工作描述: Diary Management:
1. Provide administrative support and manage the GM’s calendar and daily workflow, balance competing priorities based on your insight into the GM’s agenda and make appropriate informed decisions.
2. Act as the primary liaison to the leadership team, as well as extensive interaction with other staff and stakeholders both internal and external. Work closely with GM to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
3. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects, designing and producing documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate all logistics and details, provide relevant preparation materials (drafting agendas; developing, compiling, and distributing presentation materials), and ensure appropriate follow-up.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements for the GM, including flights and accommodations. Complete expense reports for reimbursement, process Purchase Orders, invoices and equipment requests for GM.
6. Plan, organize and facilitate any ad hoc tasks, as assigned, for the overall benefit of the organization.

Legal Administration:
1. Assist in the company chop and signature management procedure and workflow.
2. Support Legal manager for the management, update, annual inspection, government approval and other matters related to the company's licenses. Keep filing of key legal documents.
3. Providing ad hoc support to Legal manager with regard to corporate governance initiatives / projects.

Government Affairs:
1. Coordinate and handle external public relations, accumulate and consolidate the long-term relationship between the company and the government, maintain the government relationship network according to the company's strategy and management needs.
2. Pay close attention to policies, plans and trends related to the company's business and industry development, and provide relevant policy information for the company's decision-making.
3. Lead company functional teams to update and understand government policies in a timely manner in order to gain benefit from those policies.   
4. Responsible for daily communication and document exchange between the company and relevant
governments (including daily reception, meeting participation, official letter writing, etc.) and dealing with various government public relations emergencies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree and major in English, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or other related majors.
2. 3 to 5 years related work experience in a highly matrixed, global organization, providing administrative support for a senior level executive.
3. Fluent English verbal and written skills.
4. Strong PC skills/aptitude. Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
5. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers, and internal personnel.
6. Excellent organization skills, effective time management with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task with a high attention to detail.
7. Highly resourceful & independent with the strong ability to be collaborative, exercise good judgment & challenge when necessary.
8. Be self-directed, anticipate issues, take ownership, and provide solutions/complete projects in a timely manner.
