职位描述
• 会计专业本科以上学历
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting
• 两年以上出纳相关工作经验
• At least 2+ year cashier related working experience
• 负责ZTC/ZCZ/ZHK的日常付款(包括从登记到付款)，每刻确认，付款后提供回单
• Responsible for daily payment of ZTC/ZCZ/ZHK (including from registration to payment), confirmation at MeiKe and provide receipt after payment
• 负责ZTC/ZCZ/ZHK银行账户凭证整理归档
• Responsible for ZTC/ZCZ/ZHK bank account vouchers
• 月底前完成ZTC/ZCZ/ZHK 银行账户核对
• Finish ZTC/ZCZ/ZHK Bank recon by the end of the month
• 负责更新资金余额和银行账单
• Responsible for updating the Cash balance and the bank statement
• 负责外币收付及入账：日韩加工费，设备采购，境外服务费，日本消费税退税
• Responsible for foreign currency receipt and payment, such as Processing fee of Japan and South Korea, Equipment procurement、Overseas service fee, Japan consumption tax refund.
• 负责更新付款申请表、日韩加工费表格、项目追踪表等
• Responsible for updating payment application form, processing fee form for Japan and Korea, and project tracking form Etc.
• 负责银行其他所需-外债、年检
• Responsible for other requirements of the bank -- foreign debt and annual inspection
• 负责管理备用金、现金支票
• Responsible for the management of petty cash and cash checks
• 负责制定每月付款计划
• Responsible for making payment plan monthly
• 负责电商充值、提现及相关产品购买
• Responsible for recharge, withdrawal and related product purchase of e-commerce
• 负责提供支付宝子账户账单
• Responsible for providing bills of alipay sub-accounts
• 负责保管财务章及北京合同章，协助盖章
• Responsible for keeping the financial seal and Beijing contract seal and assisting in sealing
• 帮助员工了解付款流程及使用每刻系统
• Training employees with the payment process and operation in Meike. |
