Mechanical design engineer. Be responsible for automation and storage system mechanical structure and parts design.
Develop new and customize sheet metal automation products. Need to work closely with TRUMPF HQ R&D to communicate specific design topic, automation device concept and information exchange.研究及开发新型和客户定制钣金加工自动化流水线。需要和TRUMPF总部研发人员紧密合作，交流特定的设计议题，自动化系统方案和相关信息。
Design technical model and drawing for detail mechanical structure of automation components by SolidWorks software. Create and maintain material master data and bill of materials in SAP.使用Solidworks软件进行钣金自动化设备部件具体机械结构的模型及图纸设计工作。在SAP系统中，创建及维护材料主数据和材料清单。
Participate in product and localization process and provide technical support in whole process. Introduction of local machine elements/parts to replace imported ones with similar quality, function.参与产品国产化过程并提供技术支持，寻找及提供国产优质机器零部件以替代进口部件
Support Trumpf China production / PM department to implement new serial automation system, follow serial version update and maintains of these device by cooperation with TRUMPF AFFILIATES R&D department.与其他TRUMPF关联研发部门合作，支持通快（中国）生产部门/产品部门引入最新系列自动化系统产品，并维护后续的产品版本升级。
Can provide concept and original design which has reference value for large customerized special automation project. 可以为大型自动化项目提供有参考性价值的方案及初步设计。
Can provide specification of some automation function / components to external 3rd party automation supplier and qualify supplier's design. 能够提供设计要求给到第三方自动化产品供应商，并对其设计进行审核。
Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. |

Master degree or above硕士学历及以上
Mechanical engineering, focus on machine tools. 机械工程设计专业
Have professional education background (at least Master) or good work experience. 拥有专业的教育背景（至少硕士）或者非常丰富的工作经验
Have Min. 3-5 years of experience on sheet metal automation system design. 至少3-5年钣金加工自动化产品设计经验。
Have good knowledge on sheet metal production process. Familiar with component structure and concept for common automation system. 具有钣金加工生产流程的相关经验，熟悉常用的自动化系统部件结构及功能解决方案。
Have enough know-how for Chinese standard of automation system. 对于自动化系统相关的中国标准有足够的知识和了解。
Experience at product's BOM structure, design improvement process and R&D project process.有产品物料清单结构，研发改进流程及研发项目流程经验。
Be familiar with SolidWorks and Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..) software. 熟悉SolidWorks和 Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..)软件
Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语.
English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）.
German is a plus.会德语者更佳.
Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.

Have one skill of following list is a plus: Part and system's FEA calculation, Fluidic system's design and calculation, Machine or part cost analysis, Drive system's design, verify calculation and optimization. 具有以下某一个技能更佳：零件及系统结构的有限元分析，流体系统的设计计算，机床及零件的成本预估分析，运动系统的设计校核计算及优化。
Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven抗压能力强，具有强大的自我激励和目标驱动意识.
Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则. |
