Qualifications
任职资格
1.Academic 学历
College degree or above, majoring in computer science & technology or a related discipline.
专科及以上学历，计算机科学技术或相关专业
2.Experience 工作经验
① At least 2-3 years working experience in database, network administration or system administration.
至少2-3年的数据库、网络管理或系统管理经验。
② Experience in system administration and IT certification in Microsoft Office 365 / SharePoint or other network-related areas is preferred.
具有Microsoft Office 365 / SharePoint或其他与网络相关领域的系统管理和IT认证相关经验最佳。
3.Job Skill 工作技能
① Familiar with implementation, development of service desk and IT operations, with relevant expertise in security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery protocols.
熟悉实施、开发服务台和IT操作，具有安全、存储、数据保护和灾难恢复协议的相关专业知识。
② Knowledge in cloud-based application and storage, manage sharing settings at the organization level, for example SharePoint online / Office 365 / MS Teams etc.
了解基于云的应用程序和存储，管理组织层的共享设置，如：SharePoint online / Office 365 / MS Teams等。
③ Strong knowledge in capacity and storage planning.

④ Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Job Duties
工作职责
1. Configuring and maintaining the networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications for the reliable operation.
配置和维护网络计算机系统，包括硬件、系统软件和应用程序，以确保可靠运行。
2. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
安装、升级计算机组件和软件，管理虚拟服务器，并集成自动化过程。
3. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
通过运行诊断、记录问题和解决方案、确定问题的优先级和评估问题的影响来排除硬件和软件错误进行故障排除。
4. Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
为IT人员提供文件和技术规范，以计划和实施IT基础架构的新版本或升级版本。
5. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

6. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

7. Ensure information security by implementing corporate policies and procedures.

8. Provide IT related training to user if required;
