Clarify customer specifications and scope of supply together with sales team
Review the contract on technical and scheduling risks.
Full documentation of project together with HQ in Germany, including drawings, specifications and changes if any
Responsible for project pre- and post calculations
Prepare project schedule in MS Project
Control and document all order processing, starting with the order confirmation to delivery of the equipment at the customer.
Defining the technical design within Project Manager in Germany
Creation and maintenance of the stove acts (complete technical description of the product and summary of all necessary procurement specifications for equipment, components and devices)
In co-operation with Project Manager in Denmark, compile list of drawings used for manufacturing
Project filing of all related documents (operating instructions, acceptance certificate, conformity declaration)
Creation and maintenance of the procurement specifications. |

University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
Minimum 3 yrs related project management experience
Can read and edit CAD/Cam drawings, and work with project management software
Team player with excellent planning and coordinating skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Can see opportunities and risks before they happen
Can work under stress and tight time lines
Excellent computer skills
Native Mandarin and excellent English skill (additional German skills is a plus)
Able to travel both in China and abroad
