| 工作描述： |
1. Generate new sales (new product existing customer or existing product at new customers)
a. Thrive sales by pushing the internal and external organization
b. Identify new business opportunities
c. Building and maintaining relationships with key (potential) customers
2. Marketing & communication (create a cooperate image)
a. Create a marketing plan
b. Create marketing materials (brochures, website, etc)
c. Stay up to date on the latest omega-3 development and spread knowledge trough the company (internal marketing) and to external stakeholders (external marketing)
3. Plan for the next four years, to whom do we want to sell what and how much?
a. Do market research and define key (potential) customers
4. Lead the product management department
a. Create new product concepts and promotion material
b. Keep track on running projects, monitor progress (follow-up on samples)
5. Represent Novosana within the sales team
a. Gather Novosana forecast (represent customers within Novosana)
