Responsibilities:
– Service and support for our customers in China according to technical department’s arrangement.
– Provide installation, training, maintenance, field repair and technical support on customer site.
– Provide remote technical support to customer via phone or email.
– Support welding test in Lab.
– Customer claim handling and creation of good relationships with customers.
– Others task arranged by company.

Requirements:
– Bachelor or above degree in Automation or Mechatronics.
– More than 2 years’ experience in Automation field technical support.
– Be good at English (written, oral, listening and reading).
– Willingness to business trip frequently.
– Be good at electrical.
– Be able to understand PLC, E-Plan, P-Plan, and brief Electronics Schematic Diagram.
– Be able to work individually and work under high pressure.
– Willingness to work hard, be modest and studious.
– Quick thinking and clear logic.
– Must be responsible, good initiative.
• With Database knowledge will be an advantage.
• With C# or C++, Labview knowledge will be an advantage.
• With Robot experience will be an advantage.
• With Solidworks, CAD experience will be an advantage.
