Your tasks:
1.Support of the R&D process and product development
支持研发过程以及产品的开发
2.Assistance and support of sales and production with technical problems
协助以及支持销售并且解决产品的技术问题
3.Assistance and support of sales team with market development and customer visits
协助以及支持销售团队进行市场开发以及客户拜访
4.Planning, processing, and evaluation of development orders
计划，处理以及评估开发中的订单
5.Planning and execution of testing processes related to R&D and potential orders
计划以及执行研发部门的开发过程以及潜在订单
6.Feasibility study and analysis
可行性研究和分析
7.Planning and oversight of product development at suppliers
计划以及监督供应商的产品开发
8.Support central R&D at our German and US headquarters with creation of technical documentation and drawings
为德国和美国总部的研发中心提供技术文档以及图纸支持
9.Coordination with different departments and external suppliers (Product and process development and quality management)
协调各部门以及外部供应商（产品以及研发过程及质量的管理）
10.Support and development of the QM system
支持和发展质量管理体系
11.Take responsibility for delivering tasks in a correct and timely manner
正确以及及时的完成任务
12.Responsible for outbound communication
负责对外沟通
13.Responsible for transparent and clear document and data management

14.Preparing and giving presentations

Your Qualifications:
1.大专以上销售、市场、商务或相关专业，2年以上外企销售、市场、客户服务经验，有制造业、汽车行业相关知识或工作经验更佳。
University graduate with sales, marketing, business or related profession, more than 2 years’ experience of sales, Marketing and customer service in foreign company. Have knowledge or work experience in manufacturing and automotive industry.
2.流利地英语说、写能力
Excellent English in speaking and writing.
3.有汽车业的背景知识和浓厚兴趣
Background knowledge and strong interest in the automotive industry.
4.拥有良好的沟通技巧
Have stronger communication skills.
5.熟练应用微软OFFICE办公软件，熟悉金蝶、SAP等ERP系统
Be familiar with Microsoft OFFICE, Kingdee and SAP ERP system.
6.有强烈客户服务意识的独立的工作能力
Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service.
7.团队合作精神、灵活性和抗压能力强
Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
8.有驾照（有信心在高速公路上驾驶）
Driving license (confident to drive on the highway).
9.有机动性（支持在国内的商务出差）
Mobility (support the business travel within China)
