| 工作描述： |
1. Develop customer special automation and storage system with good understanding and knowledge for machine components, automation devices and sheet metal production process. Need to work closely with headquarter special project team and customer. 基于对机床部件，自动化装置以及钣金加工生产流程的完善理解和知识，研发客户特殊定制自动化和料库系统。需要与总部特殊布局项目研发部门和客户进行深入合作。
2. Create special and standard machine layouts. Special layouts is for automation and big storage projects. Coordinated or conduct related machine design and BOM changes. Draw customer layout and material following improvement suggestions. 创建特殊的和标准的机床布局图。特殊布局图用于自动化和大型料库项目。协调或者进行相关机床的设计及物料清单（BOM）的更改。能够根据改进建议完成用户布局图的绘图工作。
3. Depends on special layout project requirement to search device from external automation relevant supplier. Good experience on creating specification, improvement discussion and qualification of third party device. 根据特殊布局项目需求，寻找外部自动化供应商的产品。具有和第三方供应商进行创建产品设计需求列表，设计改进讨论以及质量确认释放的丰富经验。
4. Design technical model and drawing for detail mechanical structure of automation components by SolidWorks software. Create and maintain material master data and bill of materials in SAP. 使用SolidWorks软件进行自动化部件具体机械结构的模型及图纸设计工作。在SAP系统中，创建及维护材料主数据和材料清单。
5. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. |

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
2. Experience: Min 3-5 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer in machine tool and related 至少3-5年在机床或相关行业担任机械设计工程师的经验
3. Knowledge/Skills:
• Have good knowledge and experience on sheet metal production automation system. 具有钣金加工自动化系统相关设计知识和经验.
• Experience at product's BOM structure, design improvement process and R&D project process.有产品物料清单结构，研发改进流程及研发项目流程经验。
• Have experience on third part device qualification. 有第三方供应商产品质量确认释放的经验。
• Be familiar with SolidWorks and Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..) software. 熟悉SolidWorks和 Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..)软件
4. Language:
• Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语.
• English is capable in daily working environment in including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）.
• German is a plus.会德语者更佳
5. Other Specific requirements:
• If has one skill of following list will be preferred: Part and system's FEA calculation, Fluidic system's design and calculation, Machine or part cost analysis, Drive system's design, verify calculation and optimization. 如具有以下技能中的一个将会被优先考虑：零件及系统给的有限元分析，流体系统的设计计算，机床及零件的成本预估分析，运动系统的设计校核计算及优化。
• Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven 抗压能力强，具有强大的自我激励和目标驱动意识.
• Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则. |
