Purpose:
Strengthen process management; provide technical support to production to ensure product quality. Development process, production. Ensure that the production process meets technology.
Key Tasks:Primary responsibility is for composite related process and product.
• Develop process & WI to guide production and ensure that the production process meets technology.
• Develop procedures, simplifying production processes and improve efficiency.
• Generate and maintain FMEA of composite process
• Training of relevant personnel, improve professional skill training.
• Analysis of quality accident, accidents, and propose improvement measures.
• Implement disciplinary process implementation and assess the situation.
• According to the process, process design, organization of workshop process audit, equipment, tooling deployment.
• Participation in the design and development of new products, assist workshop to develop new product development plans, management of preparation and modification work, audit the use of equipment and tooling, and to check the equipment and tooling production requirements compliance.
• Introduction and implementation of lean production, improve production efficiency and quality.

Familiar with products of composites technology, process.
Proficient in vacuum resin infusion hand lay-up process.
Junior College degree or above, majored in polymer materials, materials science, materials engineering and related fields.
Innovative and meticulous work, outspoken.
Ability to prioritize various tasks, and effectively implement the ability to mold the process has certain knowledge to solve practical problems.
That obedience to a superior organization of work and related work.
