| 工作描述： |
1.Support NPD/EPD / BCP project. On time, provide any information needed by project team and do the best to keep the accuracy. 2.Work closely with other functional groups, e.g. M&E team, Packaging Development, NPD team, Quality, etc, to solve any supplier issue. 3.Well documents management and data analysis. 4.To lead figure out cost saving project driven by commercial part. 5.To support leader buyers’ work and provide necessary information related Taicang site. 6.Establishing & managing the purchasing agreements, Non Disclosure Agreement, no gift claim and anti-bribery 7.Issue all necessary applications are in system , like OAS / SAP / Track wise and so on 8.To ensure that all Purchasing activities within the Company are in compliance with all appropriate ethical and legal standards. Follow up Procurement System and Control 9.To compilate of quarterly supplier score cards. Make sure meetings with the stakeholders are done for suppliers with low scores and monitor the corrective action. |

1.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in, Engineering, Science or Business, preferably with additional qualification in Purchasing, Materials Management 2.Must be fluent in English, Chinese and any other language is an added advantage 3.Good project management skill and well tracking on NPD progress 4.High ethics. Ability to take responsibility and make decision. 5.Good working knowledge on PC software and computerized purchasing system (with knowledge on JDE system is an added advantage) 6.At least 2-4 years of progressive purchasing and project management experience, preferably in a fast moving product manufacturing environment. 7.Well-developed analytical abilities, sensitive in data management. 8.Good knowledge in suppliers’ production process and excellent negotiating skills. 9.Good leadership, management, teamwork, organizational and communications skills 10.Be a high-energy and results oriented individual that has the presence to positively influence the business |
