Responsibilities工作职责：
1.Keep compliance with the updating of the relevant HSSE law & regulation, including periodical HSSE assessments and HSSE approval for new projects.
确保相关工作符合相关HSSE法律和法规的要求，包括HSSE期刊评估和HSSE新项目批准
2.Establish and maintain ISO 45001. (ISO14000+OHSAS 18000)
建立和维护ISO 45001体系(ISO14000 + 18000)
3.Coordinate HSSE activities. Provide HSSE guidance & communication, training, and coaching.
协调HSSE活动，提供HSSE培训和指导
4.Owns Safety dashboard/KPI’s, and secures safety incident reporting and follow-up (including reporting for management review).
负责安全看板更新及相关KPI,并做好安全事故报告和跟踪(包括管理评审报告)。
5.Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices. Make regular HSSE inspections to determine the HSSE performance level.
识别并执行持续改进措施，以减少工作过程风险，提高安全意识，提供安全的工作环境，定期HSSE检查。
6.Advise and support the operation manager and the other departments managers in all the HSSE-related tasks (e.g. occupational safety, waste management, hazardous substance management, energy management). Observe/identify trends on all the HSSE issues; work out concepts and recommended actions to the site manager.
支持并帮助运营经理和其他部门经理完成HSSE相关任务(如职业安全、废弃物管理、有害物质管理、能源管理)。HSSE问题识别，提出行动计划。
7.Regular assessment of safety risk and hazard identification.

8.Responsible for the management of occupational hazards and occupational health.

9.Organize and participate in internal and external audits on the HSSE management system.
组织并参与内部和外部HSSE审核工作
10.Other duties as assigned by the company based on business development.

Requirements岗位要求:
1.Candidate must possess a bachelor’s in technology or Safety Management, or related field.
本科及以上学历，安全管理或相关专业
2.Minimum 2 years of related EHS experience in planning in a regulated manufacturing environment.
2年以上制造性企业EHS岗位工作经验
3.Certified Safety Engineer, Certified Environmental Engineer or equivalent technical qualifications are preferred.
注册安全工程师、注册环保工程师或相关技术资格者优先
4.In depth knowledge of China occupational health and safety legislation
了解中国职业健康和安全相关法律法规
5.Capable in EH&S management system establishment and development process. Previous experience in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 (OHSAS18001) programs as well as implementation of an ISO certified program.
能够独立建立并运行环安卫管理体系，如ISO 14001，ISO 45001 (OHSAS18001)
6.Good command of English & Mandarin.
