· Owner for KPI OTD and lead time (internal production)
· Lead the annual stock taking inside production team.
· Responsible for workload and capacity analysis and forecast. (work with order management for order intake)
· Ensure the materials availability for production. (work with material planning to get the material on time)
· Responsible for production plan to shop floor and follow up the finish ratio.
Responsible for the analyzation improvement for past due orders.
