Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for sales and relationship maintenance in consigned territories, Prepare additive solutions including but not limited to quotations preparation, technical clarification, coordinate/push for AE technical support to reach sales target
负责指定区域的销售及关系维护，为客户提供通快公司的3D打印解决方案，包括不限于以下工作内容：准备报价，技术澄清，协调并推动应用团队提供支持以实现销售目标
2.Attend exhibitions assigned by supervisor, carry out Trumpf solutions with value to customers
参加上属指派的各类展会，提供给客户通快的增材制造解决方案
3.To make enough coverage, regularly visit potential customers to promote value of Trumpf Additive by areas/industries
定期拜访所属区域或所属行业的潜在客户，推广通快公司的增材制造方案，体现通快公司的价值，保证足够的客户访问覆盖率
4.Direct report to Sales Director, make weekly/monthly report on his/her sales forecast, plans, project status, customers’ expectations etc..
直接向销售总监汇报，定期汇报销售预期，计划，项目状况，客户期望等信息
5.Escalate issues timely, take initiative to solve issues, drive problems to be solved successfully
及时反馈问题的状态，主导并推动问题的圆满解决
6.coordinate resources and drive AE team to make benchmark printed successfully, maintain customers to meet whose satisfaction by carrying value of Trump
协调资源和推动应用工程师团队成功打印样件，维护客户推广通快公司的价值达到客户的最大满意度
7.Lead each sales projects under whose areas/industries to success in project life cycle
从头至尾主导项目销售其区域或行业的项目以实现项目的完全交付
8.Other task assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Academic Background: University Degree or above 大学本科级以上学历
2. Which major preferred: Metal Powder / Mechanism /Metal Additive Engineering or equivalent 粉末冶金/机械/金属增材制造或其他相关专业
3. Working experience:
•At least 3 years experience as salesman in equipment in 3d printing/industrial area 至少3年销售相关经验在3D打印领域
•At least 3 years sales experience至少3年销售经验
4. Knowledge and skills: Strong technical background & commercial sense and excellent negotiation and presentation skills 有较强的技术背景和商业意识，良好的谈判和演讲技巧
5. Language:Good verbal & written communications skills in English 较好的英语口头及书面沟通能力
6. Other specific requirements:
• Good connections with key customers in the 3d printing area but also in other manufacturing industries, especially in the automotive, aviation, Energy, Engineering machinery and Job shop manufacturing industries; 在3D打印领域及其他制造业领域与关键客户维系很好的关系，尤其在汽车，航空航天，能源，工程机械等行业
• Independent, self-confident; 独立性强、自信
• Good teamwork capacity 良好的团队合作能力
• Home-based office and local residents preferred.可在家办公，当地户口者及长期在当地居住者优先
• Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
